Dennis-Yarmouth
- Take Rt. 28 toward Hyannis.
- Just past the Mill store in West Yarmouth will be a split in the road with a traffic light.
- At the traffic light, turn left onto Main St. (heading into Hyannis).
- The Cardiovascular Specialists is a very short distance on the left (located at the corner of Bay View St. and Main St.)
Falmouth
- Take Rt. 28 to the Hyannis Airport Rotary. Take the second exit off the rotary (Rt. 28 headed toward Yarmouth).
- Go over the railroad tracks.
- At the traffic lights turn right.
- At the fork in the road, go left to Camp St.
- At the end of Camp St. are traffic lights. Turn left at the lights, you are now on Main St. heading toward Yarmouth.
- The Cardiovascular Specialists is .2 miles on the right on the corner of Main St. and Bay View St.
Plymouth
- Cross the Sagamore Bridge. You are now on Rt. 6 East.
- Take exit 7, (Willow St.)
- Go left at the end of the ramp.
- At the lights at Rt. 28, go straight, and then bear to the left at the fork in the road. You are now on Camp St.
- At the end of Camp St. there are traffic lights (near the Hospital)
- Turn left at the lights (you are now on Main St. headed toward Yarmouth.
- The Cardiovascular Specialists is about .2 miles on right on the corner of Main St. and Bay View St.
Provincetown
- Take Rt. 6 west.
- Take Exit 7. (Willow St.)
- Go Left at the end of the ramp.
- At the lights at Rt. 28, go straight then bear to the left at the fork in the road. This puts you on Camp St.
- At the end of Camp St. are traffic lights (near Hospital)
- Turn left at the lights. (You are now on Main St. headed toward Yarmouth)
- The Cardiovascular Specialists is about .2 miles on the right at the corner of Main St. and Bay View St.
